Staff only. Sign in with your staff username and password. On a computer, open the app page in Chrome or Edge and use the install icon in the address bar.

Record stock coming in from a supplier. Quantities are added straight onto the matching item in Stock — a new item is created automatically if the name doesn't exist yet.

Pick an existing item to top it up, or type a new item name to create it. Either way the quantity is added straight onto Stock.

The Store keeps its own stock, separate from the shop. Request what you need; when the admin delivers, count what actually arrived, confirm the real quantity and accept. Only then is it added to Goods Received and Stock.
